What comes first to your mind when you think about time-management?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Well, technically, we think we have to manage our time and create To-Do lists, and blah blah blah\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Those things are nice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But we forget one thing: The Human Mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are clever at fooling ourselves. And we don\u2019t realize our nature to seek instant gratification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, it doesn\u2019t matter what\u2019s there in your To-Do list, if you don\u2019t understand how to manage your mind, and you don\u2019t have lots of willpower, you\u2019re going to waste time in any case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The keyword here is: \u201cMind management.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So time-management isn\u2019t really about managing time, it\u2019s more about being wise at managing our mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Only and only then those time-management techniques will work properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the mind is agitated, running in all directions, you won\u2019t be able to focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, save your energy, do proper planning keeping your behavior in mind, and create To-Do lists accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remember, we are sophisticated machines, we frequently override our own algorithms. And we don\u2019t keep our word all the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
