If the headline didn’t spin your head, you’re sleeping right now!
Okay sorry for that.
For those who don’t know what paradigm is:
“A world view underlying the theories and methodology of a particular scientific subject.”
Google Dictionary
Focus on the first part of the definition: “a worldview underlying theories.”
Everyone has a different worldview. Or put it another way. We all have got similar eyes, but that doesn’t guarantee that we’ll see a thing the same way.
There are “underlying theories” that influence what we see.
What are these underlying theories? These are usually the beliefs that you have been conditioned with.
Your worldview will be different than mine because my underlying theories are different than yours.
Coming back to the question, why your paradigm is a twisted reality?
That’s because reality doesn’t have a wordview like us. It is what it is. Period.
What can you learn from this?
By learning this insight, you can test yourself whether your twisted sense of reality is affecting your decisions or not.
You can start by asking questions like:
“Is this for real? Or my past experiences are making me feel like this?”
“Am I missing something?”
Remember, your reality might not be your “reality.” It’s upto you how you question everything that your eyes see.
